Via Adage, ComScore has revealed the Google share by market showing the Google domination in many markets alongside discrepancies such as Korea where Google has a dismal share of the market. Western Europe has stronger Google shares than the US but the Mountain View monolith is most powerful in Brazil, Turkey and Italy.
Unfortunately, with China and Russia missing – the picture is somewhat one-sided.

What about Spain and Norway ?.
Spain and Norway also have important Google shares – but it is a shame that they’re not here true. http://www.kvasir.no/ now belongs to Eniro in Sweden – and they’re doing some interesting stuff.
Nice comparison, but what’s up with russia?
The point about Russia is that Yandex remains the leading search engine with Google having little affected its position. Google has overtaken Rambler – the former number two search engine. To miss out Russia and China from the above figures means they are missing a huge slice of the world out of the figures.
