Microsoft looking to settle with Lee, Google

Though the NY Post headline reads “Bested Microsoft offers Google truce” – that they are willing to settle with Google and former employee Kai-Fu Lee, a China development expert, suggests they are ready to move on.

Obviously Lee will be restricted from recruiting Microsoft employees until June of 2006 and other established limitations will be in place. But despite that Lee was allowed by the courts to go to China to open a research and development facility.
