Iceland tourist board says 60% of travellers use the internet

According to the latest surveys made by the Iceland Tourist Board over 60% of incoming travellers use the Internet to decide on what to do when arriving. More that 50% of those use the internet to book online. This number has risen dramatically over the last years. It’s not so long ago that travel agencies had the upper hand. Brochures and other kind of printed media are diminishing fast.
