Baidu Launches China-Friendliness Test For Japanese Websites

Baidu has launched a service that tells Japanese companies if their websites are suitable for China, the EU has adopted new VAT rules for ecommerce websites, and research has examined the popularity of mobile payments in a range of international markets.
